Great Service!!! Definitely worth getting, team was very helpful

I bought a 5 year warranty & glad I did. My tv lost its picture & I took it in & they sent if off. The one bad thing is the Greek Squad doesnt have tv repair in the story. They used to have it inside the store. I took it in at 4:00pm & didnt know you had to make an appt. The salesman sd i had to make an appt. So I took the earliest one 7:30pm. So i asked when would it be ready? He said about 3 weeks. I said you could travel to the moon & back in that time. So I took my tv & brought it back at 7:30pm. The made took all of 5 mins filling out the paperwork. So I ask him when will it be back & he said in about 3 to 8 weeks. I said oh my gosh that is to Mars & back! But I got an email in about 5 days that they couldnt repair so I got My Full Purchase price back! So I bought another one like it.

This protection is great for 2 years will recommend this to any of my friends

I always buy the extended warranty here at Best Buy. Things today have so many options and things they can do, you need to be covered when something goes wrong. I highly recommend!

The team we got were amazing. Professional, knowledgeable, patient. They never rushed us and spent time showing us the options and shortcuts. This team has been together and worked for Best Buy for a long time. Definitely recommend this service and will use again when we need to purchase any tvs

My tv started smoking so i order another i picked my TV up the girl that brought it out was very pleasant and my aide helped her put it the Van that was very good day.
