    Best Buy replaced My Television's Motherboard.

    For any expensive device that you purchase, it is worth the cost of extended protection when something goes wrong because without that added protection it can cost you as much as you paid for the device and more to get it repaired. For me, it was a 55-inch television. I am sorry, but I can't afford to pay that kind of money just to repair whatever has gone wrong, and if they can't repair the problem, they will replace the television, but only if you have the Best Buy extended warranty.

    The extra 5 years cost me $40 and I think it's completely worth it. It does not cover physical accidental damage. I bought a Samsung TV from Bestbuy and after 4 years of long use via gaming, the power supply went out, something the warranty would cover or if there's a bad HDMI cord.

    I love Best Buy. Yeah had good quantity fast and friendly service. Good price yes I haven’t been to Best Buy in a long time. I love the shop y’all have good quality good service and I’m so excited to be with y’all. I have a little experience shopping at Best Buy I love it I’m so excited I bought my TV at Best Buy and I love it and the TV does everything that’s why I love the shop yeah have good service.

    Protection plan for 5 years find it great option, you never know what could happen. Used it before in other articles and they act fast.

    I purchased this protection, but judging from my previous purchases at Best Buy, I probably won't have a need to use it. All of my previous purchases from Best Buy, even from decades ago, no problems were encountered. Thank you.

    My LED panel went completely blank causing a black screen just 15 month's after purchase (3 month's after manufacturers warranty) Luckily I paid for the Geek Squad Protection Plan and I've NEVER EVER EVERRRR experienced such kind, knowledgeable, positive and prompt resolution. Being I called in on a Saturday afternoon I assumed I'd have to wait for any resolution until the upcoming week. My BRAND NEW TV will be here today. The following Tuesday of my initial Saturday call.

    I will always purchase the Best Buy warranties for appliances or large electronics. Worth every penny. I’ve used the warranties before and it’s been a smooth process. Couldn’t fix item so they gave me store credit for the original amount of the tv

    I always purchase the extended warranty with all my products at Best Buy. Geek Squad are alway professional, prompt and very knowledgeable when dealing with the issues I have had with my products. However the best thing about the warranty is the procedure for replacing repair or just providing you with an in store credit for replacement at the cost you paid for the product if they do not have a comparable replacement.

    Recommend getting a protection plan for TV with todays disposable TVs. Twice I was in my warranty period and BB replaced my TV for free with a new TV.

    worst service by Geek Squad on OPEN BOX OLED TV

    I waited for holiday deals and bought an open box-Excellent Oled tv from Bestbuy.com. also bought geek squad protection for five years. within the first month, I realized that the tv screen had some defects. so I scheduled a Geek squad appointment to get it fixed. customer care representative told me that this will be replaced by the company as it is still under manufacturer warranty. on the day of the appointment, instead of coming home to Diagnose the tv Geek squad technician, he called me and asked for the picture of the tv and mentioned it was gonna factory be replaced by Sony. He asked me to pilled the screen from the corner(he thought there was a screen protector screen on the Tv) even after denying him multiple times, he asked me to pilled the screen while I was on the phone. and that made the tv screen break from the corner. and as soon as this happened, they just switched their opinion and asked me to go to the store and get the store credit and return the tv. I spend enough time finding a deal. drove 1 hour to pick tv from the store, and just with this incident, they asked me to go store again and return the tv and get store credit. unfortunately, no one was able to solve this problem on the phone as this was an open box, and neither best buy or geek squad system allowed them to make any arrangements. I felt like I bought a worry under geek squad protection. All I wanted was to get my problem fixed. my tv got fixed or replaced. but not a single gesture of customer service was provided by anyone. Finally, after multiple visits to the store and hours and hours of calls, I returned TV. I would never buy any product from BestBuy after this horrible experience. Returning money is not always a solution Bestbuy. Bestbuy should consider the situation and the inconvenience caused by the wrong instruction of the geek squad technician.
