    OLED Burn-in Protection for Heavy Users=No Brainer

    The only third-party Protection Plan or Warranty offered that I know of that has protection against OLED Screen Burn. This alone made it an excellent puchase for me and allowed me the peace of mind to use my TV without the fear of permanent image retention being a factor.

    The squad delivered my new tv and removed my old tv. They adjusted all the settings and most importantly showed me how to make adjustments.

    I've started putting Geek Squad protection on everything. There have been a couple times, especially with my desktop computer, where it was very helpful to have their expertise. If its an expensive purchase I just do it. I find the Geek Squad staff to be very helpful and already having a protection plan can really cut down on the cost of fixing a problem.

    There are NO electronics purchased in my household without a Geek Squad protection. I have never been disappointed in the quality of service for ANY needs. There are NO stupid questions - they answer them and walk you through issues if possible. If not, they make an appointment for you to take you item in (or come to the house if necessary) to resolve the issue. Definitely worth the price...foolish not to add it to any large item you purchase.

    I bought a smart TV and very glad I bought the extended warranty because you just never know what can go wrong and Best Buy Geek Squad is the best they will help you over the phone as well in the store and the price for it was very reasonable compared to other retailers and I can feel at ease with making a huge purchase so far I have not had to use it and hopefully I will not but I am pleased knowing I have it for the next 3 yrs. if necessary. It is a must have.

    Geek Squad fixed my TV

    The agents came out to my home to fix the speaker on my Samsung TV. The TV was bought new but the speaker was faulty. They fixed the issue and were out in about 20 minutes from my home.

    Was an emergency purchase as my previous tv stopped working at about 7pm. Was able to get to Best Buy about 45 min before closing. Very happy with our new purchase.

    @BestBuy @BestBuySupport I am going through a nightmare customer service at Geek Squad Scranton 959 Viewmont Dr Dickson City, PA 18519 I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with my recent experience with Best Buy's Geek Squad installation service. I purchased a Samsung 75” Class LS03D The Frame Series QLED 4K TV with Anti-Reflection and Slim Fit Wall Mount Included on August 17th, 2024. I scheduled a Geek Squad appointment for TV setup and mounting on August 23rd. During this appointment, the technicians suggested that I hide all the cables, including those from the TV and soundbar. I agreed and rescheduled for August 28th. To my dismay, the team that arrived on August 28th had no idea how to mount the Frame TV. They suggested using the old mount from my previous TV, which was completely against the purpose of purchasing the Frame TV. The team left without mounting the TV and instructed me to reschedule the installation service. I called Geek Squad and spoke with Andy, who informed me that the system was not updated and that I would need to wait 24 hours before calling back to schedule. I followed their instructions, only to be told the same thing again. After waiting an additional 24 hours and calling Geek Squad again, I was informed that the system still had not been updated and that I would need to wait another 24 hours. As a customer who has been waiting for my TV since August 17th, I am extremely frustrated and disappointed. It is unacceptable that I have to repeatedly call Geek Squad and beg for them to schedule a service that they have already botched. Their lack of efficiency, knowledge, and customer service is truly appalling. I urge Best Buy to take immediate action to address this issue. I expect a resolution that includes a prompt and correct installation of my TV, as well as compensation for the inconvenience and frustration I have experienced. Just to add into the story I spoke to the manager they reach out to me through DM chat when I posted the same concern over social media.. but again told me to wait for another 24 hours telling me they "escalated" just to tell you whenever they tell you they are escalating means they are going to add 24 hours with every escalation but they will not fix your problem just give you another 24 hours. they are flying pigeons to get across internal communication to resolve any issue. run for your life when the representative tell we are escalating Sir.

    Best Buy has the best in damage protection. If I've ever had an issue they either fix, replace or refund. THAT'S why i always buy the piercing plans from them on my expensive items.

    I purchased the Geek Squad protection because I've unfortunately had to use it once before on a 75" TV which was only a year old. The process was quite easy and I received an extremely equitable resolution.

    I wish I could sell this service for BBY... It is so inexpensive (based on the cost of the product) and depending on what it is you buy there really is not anything it does not cover - PLEASE, I beg you to read the fine print though, certain items have different coverages like any other "insurance" - this is just the easiest EVER!

    I haven’t had to use this protection plan yet because nothing went wrong so I don’t really know how to review this but I assume just having some type of protection is a good thing thus is why the 5 stars.
