Vizio failed after 4yrs unfortunately. Thankfully the warranty helped me out by getting store credit for my tv so not all is lost. Happy with the service!

The Tv was changed when i returned it cos itwas damaged

If you need help getting it to your house they will bring it and hook it up if you need them to.The protection plan is my favorite part of the geek squad.

It's a peace of mind. I purchased for 5 year plan.

We purchased this just in case of technical issues or difficulties with our TV unit. Its better to have a back up on top of the limited warranty and I believe it is easier and convenient to schedule a service with the geek squad compared to the actual warranty company. At least that's what I heard from the actual agent as a tip of advice.

It's a must buy when I purchase an item with a high price. If anything goes wrong best buy will either fix the item or replace it with a similar item. So I always make sure I buy the extra protection. It saves me from frustration.

Really a must have for any device that you have. Recommended.

I have not used this for my purchase recently, thoigh i will say my previous experiences with Geek Squad was useful to me.

I needed them to connect our new tv to our sound system. They were quite knowledgeable, very effective and great to work with.

Purchasing the protection service gives me peace of mind. Hopefully I never have to use it, but if I do, I will update my review with the results.

. I will also be purchasing the protection for gifts for my parents so they can also have the same piece of mind. I purchased this back up plan in connection with one of the TVs that I use for gaming and watching streaming movies It is great to know that I can have the peace of mind that my item will get fixed if there is a problem.

I have purchased a Geek Squad service agreement on a large television once before and when it failed and required service, a repair person as scheduled quickly. The television was also replaced quickly with me making a choice on the new television at the BestBuy store. Excellent service!!

I will see if I get any use out of this. I guess protecting a new tv is worth it in the long run.

This protection plan is a must , it’s always good to protect your electronics , you never know what can happen , all this years being a BB customer the protection plans have saved me lot of money on repairs
