I would have been out $3,500 if it wasn't for this protection plan. I'm now a believer in purchasing these plans as they replaced the tv for a new one no questions asked

Great warranty service. Part to repair the TV was not available, so a store credit was provided for a TV of similar specs. Bought the warranty service again for the new TV.

Never have used a protection before, but this time it paid off, and everyone we worked with were excellent.

I like the tv. The only issue was the picture quality during football games. Did not realize it until football season started

We picked up our tv. We always buy service. On our tv. The men always come out and work on our tv when we call. If it can't be. Fix they replace it. They are very professional when they come out. I would tell everyone to buy service on there products. I buy it on all my large merchandise.service

Geek squad protection is a must. So worth the money. I get it on almost everything I buy from bestbuy. Expensive tv and xbox remote broke.80 bucks was alot cheaper than having to buy new one.

The protection for any product should be mandatory. Any issues later Best Buy will replace it no questions Ask. At least to me. I always purchase the extra warranty on any high end appliances, computers and tvs. Highly recommend this.

I always buy the Geek squad service with the hopes i never have to use it.

I bought this specifically to protect against burn-in on my new LG OLED TV. Love the fact that this Geek Squad warranty covers burn-in since the factory warranty from LG does not. This way I don't have to worry if I end up with burn-in, which can happen with OLED TV's. I don't usually buy extended warranties but in this case it was an easy decision. It was absolutely worth the peace of mind.

After the bad experience i had with my first tv i brought from best buy i almost didn't buy another one.

Our Geek Squad were professional and informative. We appreciate all their efforts to educate us on how to operate our newTV.

It’s worth it for the price. You will need to get the geek squad in case something happens to the TV or anything that you buy so it’s worth it.

While I technically hope I never have to use it, peace of mind is better than none at all! Made sure to get GSP on my Sony X90J in case anything happens after Manufacturer Warranty expires & I'm glad I did. Sometimes it may seem cost prohibitive, but better to be safe than sorry!

Protecting my investment on 4K TVs is a must, and purchasing the Geek Squad's 5-year warranty on each TV is a no-brainer. I did this in the past and it totally paid off when my much older set had issues before the protection plan was over. They replaced my entire set with a brand new one years ago. It pays off in the long run, trust me!

Geek Squad protection plans are very good. The main reason that I go to Best Buy and purchase products is that they have one of the best protections plans. we even purchase our cell phones at best buy, because their protection plans are better than our cell phone provider offers. another huge plus, is that you can reach and actually talk to a Customer Service Rep. who are very pleasant and professional.

Glad to have. Hopefully won’t need it. I like that they come get the tv to repair.
