I like the idea of having extra protection. My hope was that it would be added on to the original warranty instead of dual coverage. Our last TV purchase was from Best Buy in 2007. That TV died "one day," after the warranty was up. It was a $500 repair to replace the motherboard. It is my hope that this new TV will last us 13+ yrs. without any costly repairs.

Great TV and picture! Makes watching sports and movies a different experience.

Hopefully I will not ever have use it! My mother made an appointment with them. When I say they was constantly asking her questions about her issues. Resolved her problem. Was ver respectful!

Produce works just as it should. No issues and customer service was exceptional. I will continue to use Best But gor all of my electronic needs

I never buy anything with out the warranty it always pays for itself later on.

Always purchase the week squad protection for any electronics over $100. The service basically pays for itself, if used.

A no brainer for OLED TVs as it covers screen burn in (image retention)

Delivery came on time and they brought it up to my apartment on a third floor walkup. It was one of the hottest days this summer and I really appreciated the service. Communication was very good with updates on delivery status as well. TV is light and thin. Unboxing and getting it out of the box was very simple. You'll see what I mean :)

Geek squad changed my tv components when i bought my first samsung and everytime I had an issue with the TV they would take care of it

Great picture, doesn’t over heat my sons room, we needed with a smart tv that was big enough to replace his 75inch (Gamer) and this is perfect

These tvs these days are so expensive I highly recommend getting the warranty. My 3 yr old Samsung I had in a shop two times for $300 each. So I for sure bought a warranty on this new tv.

Excellent service have used Geek Squad for computer as well as television repair. When they were not able to repair the television they replaced it. Would highly recommend Geek Squad.

Excellent picture. Has all the apps needed to watch anything we want and with the service plan we know we will have a great tv for years to come should we run into problems
