Haven’t used it at the moment but happy with the offer

They are awesome ! Took my iPhone in there and they fixed it. I was having trouble with reception in my house. !! They put it on wifi calling.

I would definitely get this just in case if you need them.

Only ever had to use one of my protection plans on a manufacturer defect and was extremely happy with the support. They refunded me the full purchase amount so I could replace my TV due to it no longer being manufactured.

The agents helped out a lot took care of all the needs, I didn’t score 5 stars it took a while to get eveything done

I feel that the geek squad is better than any warranty. Just contact them and your issue is handled quickly.

I have not used the Geek Squad for the TV , I am relieved to know they are a call away. I did use the Geek Squad for my computer an its was SUPER easy and fast!

I have always used Geek Squad for all my Best Buy purchases, TV's, Laptops and Gaming Systems - I have no complaints and I've always been pleased with their level of service. I recommended Best Buy to my dtr who just purchased a washer/dryer and she asked if the Geek Squad Warranty was worth it and I said absolutely. She subscribed at the time of her purchase.

Best product to buy really loved it . Total value for money

Impressed with the efficiency of the Geek Squad that installed our television. They were very knowledgeable and friendly. Answered all of our questions and gave us a review on using our new television and remote. Sadly the virus has made taking my computer to the store to get tuned up impossible, but I am sure the Geek Squad will do a great job when I am able to.

They helped me find out the Fubo is incompatible with my TV..they actually got me in touch with the manufacturer.

So far haven’t used it at all I am wondering if it was worth it and to that I say I can’t wait to try out the actual services but to be honest I would Rather have the product last and be trouble free

Anytime I make a big purchase at Best Buy, I usually add the GSP to my purchase. From past experiences, I've never really had an issue using my GSP on defective products and the value overall is great to have. I highly recommend you add a Best Buy GSP for any of your major purchases or even your simple devices (e.g. small kitchen appliances).

Always get it. You never know when you might need it.

Great price for warranty, best and affordable warranty cost

This is a no-brainer. I signed up again for my new TV. They setup the TV, make all connections and ensure it is ALL working before they leave. They are prompt, courteous and very, very knowledgeable.
