I always try to get the protection plan for all my important devices. Last time I use customer service was very nice.

It is worth every penny. You should not purchase anything without Geek Squad protection.

I started using geek squad after having one experience where we put a warranty on a TV and few months before it expired The backlight went out and we called and geek squad was excellent since then I have put geek squad on every TV that comes into my house with four children we have since used it multiple times and never have had an issue. Definitely recommend to people who are on a budget who can't afford to replace electronics when having issues. Geek squad makes this a non-issue.

Price very competative. Hisense has been good so far but GeekSQUAD was happy to answer questions. Mainly bought because we had to return a SONY and a VIZIO for failures!

We took out insurance because it was reasonably priced.

expensive for the item bought, I dont know why they want me to write at least 5o words, when 5 did it, so I had to write this extra meaninless information to meet their quota!

The agent did some troubleshooting to get my surround sound system back working correctly. He was knowledgable and showed and explained everything he was doing in simple terms.

Your crazy if you spend money for a nice tv or other items and do not protect it! The Geek squad is the way to go!

I have not needed to use Geek Squad but it is nice to have peace of mind knowing if anything happens they have your back.
