This is a great value better than you find at most stores Best Buy stands behind the protection plan and it's not a game and it actually helps you very very well when you have an issue with ever.

I have only used the plan once for my television and customer service was great. There are two things that could be improved which are the price, it is a little expensive for certain items, and protection against drops or spills for televisions.

I buy this with almost everything I purchase thats expensive. It's worth the money and gets things covered when in doubt.

Geek squad is the best thing problem? Just a few clicks and it’s fixed or the fix is being sent to the house

Great coverage at an affordable price. Makes life easier when you don't have to fear paying full price for a replacement.
