We bought this tv for a family member who is bed ridden. This TV provides exceptional viewing experience. Color is sharp and sound is great even without a sound bar. The remote is easy to use which is a blessing. The price was extremely good and of course we choice to add on the protection policy which was extremely cost effective but truly dont think we will need it. There were many add on options to view free for 30 days. A great idea to test things out and see if these things suit you. This transaction was easy and delivery was quick and on time. Samsung is the best product in this class and Best Buy has the greatest service. A very good experience.

Absolutely worth the investment to protect your original purchase. Our television suddenly stopped working and was still covered under the extended warranty we purchased.

What else is there to say. Easiest warranty program I’ve had. I buy it with all my major purchases. I make those purchases at Best Buy because of it.

This set show a great picture. The audio quality straight out the set is good. Most HDTV you need a soundbar but not with this set. The only drawback is the system it runs on. Just another account I must keep up with.

Purchased this just in case I might need it I usually don’t purchase extended warranties

I have purchased my last four televisions from Best Buy because of the geek squad protection. The very first time I had an issue they replaced my TV. No questions asked.

The 32 Pioneer TV works great and has plenty of colors to see blended as one watches TV or a DVD player hooked simply into side of TV with cable.

We got the 5 year warranty and it’s the best our previously purchased Sony kept freezing and they came out 8 times replaced everything and finally gave us a full refund! We were able to get a new tv and so far it’s been great!

Installation was good and customer service answering questions great.

Good to have if ever needed, hoping that I don’t and my product continues past 5 years.
