It was the day before thanksgiving and I turned my tv on and the screen was white. I had only owned it for 13 months. I unplugged it and tried to turn it on and it wouldn’t work. I looked up the number for geek squad and spoke with a really nice person. They replaced my tv for free I just had to repurchase the geek squad for my new tv because it wouldn’t transfer over.

Ordered TV online and was ready to pick up not long after. Wish it could have been delivered but my area is out of range. Great and fast service. Greensboro. Helped load TV.

I bought only the 2 year geek squad service. Hopefully the tv will outlast that, but I purchased due to the likely hood that any failure will probably be an early one and the squad will handle pixel or other failures after the 1 year HiSense warranty.

The technicians are the best. they are very courteous, informative, and professional.

So far not much to say. But It worked very well in the past, so I decided to buy it again.

Thankfully, I haven't had to call them about my tv, but I've had good luck with them in the past of laptops and other pcs.

It's a warranty, but not one you should be weary of. Most protection plans have gotten a bad stigma over the years, but this Geek Squad protection plan has never let me down. Best Buy has also been helpful and resolved any product issues I've had due to this warranty. Protection covers numerous categories, so give yourself the peace of mind and pickup the added coverage, it costs essentially the same as a weeks worth coffeeshop trips but now you're TV is worryfree for 2 years.

The geek squad has never disappointed me. Anytime i called with a issue they guided me through each step with no problem.

I purchased a Geek Squad 5 year protection for my new LG 65 inch Oled TV C4. Best buy is the only company i found that will cover burn in for an OLED TV.

Very nice to know that we have like an insurance to make sure everything keeps working for at least two years !!!
