I've used my protection plan to replace a malfunctioning TV. The Geek Squad quickly assessed the issue and recommended a replacement at no cost. I'm sold!

I haven’t had to use it yet. I did get the 5/6 year plan. Just in case.

Having insurance gives us some relief as the new TV we bought is in great quality and we want to make sure it can get fixed if something were to happen to it.

Gives you the piece of mind in case something goes wrong.

Truly a must have when you purchase a new TV! I have had to use it in the past and boy was I glad I had this. If your spending alot of money on something that can can get damaged by nature along (lightning) than you definitely should have this protection.

I love this service. It is a must have for peripherals that live around pets or kids. Best bang for your buck if you have headsets or mice dyeing every 18 months

Five years for $30, sold! I bought this warranty for a low priced Insignia television and it just seems like a no-brainer that for $30 I am guaranteed to have a TV that works for five years. In this disposable electronics time we live in, I could not upgrade in three years for $30, so again it is a great deal.

We are so grateful to these young fellas installing our 60"LG tv..they were very careful and polite. They make connecting all those awful wires a breeze. They were very patient with us and walked us thru installation and operating our new screen and remotes several times til both my husband and I understood. They are well worth their cost!

I had geek squad service for my other TV and when that one broke down they were true to their words and traded it in for a newer TV

It's good to have the protection plan in case something goes wrong with the tv. I like that geek squad will make house calls for any needed service unlike at other retailers where you would have to mail a large tv for service!

I’ve learned just buy the extra warranty, the way things are made nowadays but yet are double the price warrants the protection. I’ve been victim too many times.

Always recommend on electronics I.e. TVs you purchase the extended warranty. I had a tv that was four years old and started to have problems. Well the part that needed replacing they didn’t make any longer. Fortunately I had the extended warranty and got a new TV.
