i gave this product 4 stars because 1 if you have mutiple tvs you need seaprate remotes 2. it takes a while to boot up 3 there is a custom app that if you dont sign up for you cant use the tv 4 i was expectimg better from poineer

Did extensive research for a 75” television before purchasing and it does not disappoint! Excellent picture quality and the 75” uses a different panel than the other sizes that’s bright and has a fantastic wide viewing angle, making this perfect for a living room. Coupled with the 2 year manufacturer warranty and optional added coverage from Best Buy, it’s almost impossible to find a better deal.

With the Quality of longevity with Washers, Dryers, Refrigerators, TV's, any Electronics product going down the tubes over the last few decades it is extremely important to just save yourself the headaches that will come not if because they definitely will. I have had to go through the Geek Squad protection services in the past on other products and they have done a great job in handling the issue and either fixing, replacing or giving you a gift card to replace the items all together. Granted recently with the Covid in the mix wait times became in the hours to get thru but I believe that will work itself out in the near future. I didn't buy extra warranties on my last two sets of Washers and dryers and they lasted on cue about 4 years and then it gets ugly with costs of repairs trying to figure it out your self etc.

5 Year Great Price, you always feel that you have no worries for five years.

Well worth it for certain item levels. Very useful option for peace of mind. Since Samsung doesn't think much of their products and provide a minimal warranty I got this to be safe. My last tv has lasted well but the next one failed in less than 2 yrs. I Showed them the issues and they instantly gave me full credit of purchase price. Too bad they don't consider a sale price when giving credit. I had to pay out a little over $100 to get an exact replacement with the current model since there were no sales at the time.

Peace of mind in case something goes south with my new Samsung TV

We haven't used this service yet, we'd like to have them set up our Direct TV to come through our TV remote, but don't want to spend $99 to have them come out. I feel like we really didn't really need this service.

Had old tv I bought about and ended up breaking it. Geek squad fixed it up fast. Grateful they honored the warranty

A must have if you are going to purchase any electronic device! I originally purchased a Hisense 75" flatscreen TV that a little over a year later, the backlighting went out on half of the TV and right before Super Bowl Sunday...sad day... Though I wasn't pleased with customer support when trying to find a way forward over the phone, I eventually was able to get in touch with a Geek Squad representative via the chat (recommend going this route). He was able to locate my purchase, and inform me that my TV would be replaced and at no charge due to the inadvertent issues! Protect your investments! You deserve to be compensated for items that you pay for and don't work to specs!

As we haven’t had any problems with our newly installed 55” Sony T.V. yet, I’m not able to honestly review the 5-Year Standard Geek Squad Protection plan. However, if the protection plan provides service that’s equal to our installation service, we’re not worried about our ever having to use it!
