Just the service added to my parents new television.

Love the geek squad- wish they had more resources and better customer service infrastructure

The geek squad is so helpful when you have technical issues or defective devices. They are so reliable and competent with their knowledge and expertise. This is the best thing to have to bring you comfort in knowing if anything goes wrong, you are covered fir immediate repairs.

I love the quality of pictures version and sounds I love everything just small recommendations if Samsung can reduce the weight of TV it looks tin but too heavy

I'm just going to make this short and sweet. You better off buying a Geek Squad or Best Buy protection / warranty plan along with any major purchases you make like a TV, sound system, refrigerator, cell phone, computer and washer/dryer. They are 98% of the time way better than the actual manufacturer's warranty and cover more. And give you less hassle when replacing or need to repair whatever you bought.

Love the geek squad protection! It offers a full protection package and in my opinion it is better than the TotalTech. If you're buying a big ticket item like a TV or any appliance, ask the customer service to cancel your TotalTech from this item and add the geek squad warranty instead. Big downside to TotalTech is that it requires you to pay a deductible on certain things. So it's like an insurance.

HiSense at its price point is best Television. It serves my purpose very well without spending much. The amount I saved compared to buying expensive TVs, now I can spend on better services like high resolution streaming etc.

Picture is great, but it drops WiFi connection almost daily. It’s annoying when something I’m watching suddenly freezes and then I have to go through the menu to reconnect the internet. I’ve tried restarting the tv and my router and it still happens.

I bought a washing machine 4 years ago. I had a 5 year warranty.That came out and repaired it.No questions asked replace the computer bored thank you

It's the best protection plan I've bought. They came in and did a same-day repair on my TV and it was up and running. When it started having issues again and eventually died on me, Best Buy set me up with a new model of the same TV! Came the next day and dropped it off along with recycling the old TV for me. Gave me piece of mind and save me a lot of money.

It is a good plan to help one feel worry free. I just hope it would not overlap with the first year manufacturer's warranty so that there will be more years to be covered in total with less cost. Here is what I read online: "You should also check whether the coverage of the service contract overlaps with the problems and time periods the manufacturer’s warranty covers to avoid paying for unneeded coverage. You may find that any additional coverage is not worth the additional cost." I understand the coverage is different, but what I really need is a longer time manufacturer’s warranty with less cost (Accident coverage is not so important for me. I always use my furniture and electronic devices very gently and carefully).

Always get a warranty on all your purchases. I love the Geek Squad. They are always available to assist when the problem goes wrong with your electronics.

This is the second TV I’ve bought at Best Buy in the last 12 years. Both TVs I got the extended warranty the first TV I didn’t have to use it until almost 5 years and they fixed my TV fast and easy. This is a great protection plan that worked out for me when I needed it. I had a very small dead pixel on my TV and Geek squad came to review it and the issue was quickly resolved as I was given a gift card to get a new TV.

I buy extended warranties on every electronics device and appliance I've purchase at Best Buy. Several years ago I bought a desktop gaming computer for my son for Christmas along with the extended warranty. He didn't take very good care of it and his mother helped things along when she dropped it and all the glass broke. In the third year of the three year warranty, I returned the thing for repair. Whatever part was needed was no longer available so Best Buy gave me a complete refund. I couldn't believe it! But I am now a believer in their extended warranty program.

The agents were top notch. They arrived early, installed the mounting bracket beautifully and installed our new 85" tv. They reconnected all associated components. They were friendly and professional, cleaned up all packing materials, and reviewed all applicable operating instructions. These folks are awesome.

Very professional and listened to issue, Had timely feedback for next process.

like the title says it is definitely worth getting five year protection plan, anything goes wrong with your product they will have geek squad come out to your house figured the conditions of the damage product attempt to fix the damage product and the third time after they come out they decide they cannot fix it they will replace with a new product or write you a check for the amount you spent for product . I feel this plan was made for the customer not for the company, the customer no matter what the outcome will benefit from this five-year plan.

When my Sony TV's screen failed, I was relieved to remember that I had purchased Geek Squad protection. Frankly, I was expecting the service process to be a hassle, but it only took a couple of phone calls and my replacement TV (a newer version of the same TV) was on it's way. If you're looking at a major purchase, I'd definitely recommend purchasing a Geek Squad protection plan.
