Best Buy has the best in damage protection. If I've ever had an issue they either fix, replace or refund. THAT'S why i always buy the piercing plans from them on my expensive items.

Haven't had a problem on Hisense Tv's but there's always a first time, knock on wood. I bought the TV reg price was $1000, for 75", I got on sale for Christmas for $600.00, The protection plan was $ 75. or close, I am proud to be protected. I had the use the plan on another model TV, and bestbuy honored very well.

Very helpful with any questions that you may have. The plan is great to have because you don't have to worry about if something happens to it then it is covered.

Where else can you get the BEST prices on the BEST electronics with the BEST delivery and BEST customer service??? Only BEST BUY!!!

Seems expensive for the time frame of coverage. Hopefully will not need to use.

We purchased the warranty on our new TV when our old TV started having issues less than 4 years old. The new one started having issues 14 months later, 2 months after the manufacturers warranty expired. The geek squad warranty covered it completely. The only thing is that they don't give you credit for the amount you paid for the TV they give you the amount it's currently worth. But still well worth it.

I haven't had to use it yet but the did use it on the last TV that I purchased and it was great. They came out and repaired the TV twice over 3 years. Then, on the third repair, they gave me a store credit for a new equivalent TV or I could use the amount towards a better one. Simple and very pleasant.

NA did not use Geek Squad this time around. Sorry.

I f I ever need t use the protection plan it’s nice to know it’s there and well worth the money. I’ve checked out what other plans offer and this goes beyond all of them and it’s nice to know they stand behind their products like they do.

I feel that when you spend over $300 on a tv you should buy an extended warranty! It’s better to be covered in the event something goes wrong! I like that it will be serviced in my home because of the size of the TV! So for 5 years I can be reassured that I can have my tv for years to come!
