We depend on the Geek Squad to help us when we have issues we cannot resolve on our own. Having the Service gives us peace of mind and the squad members are always courteous, respectful, knowledgeable, and available.

There is no other store that provides the same protection as Geek Squad. I get it on everything I buy! They make it so simple, and if I ever have a problem, I feel safe. I have had to replace 2 different items in the past year. With other stores, i feel like I am being interrogated. Not at Best Buy. Here's the problem, here's the replacement. Done!

We bought the protection plan when we bought the TV. The TV broke after about two or three year as the GEEK squad gave me a brand new one and installed ir and I paid nothing extra.

Simply put... I appreciate the way getting me a new workable television was handled, and I further appreciate the young lady who went above and beyond (I feel) to set my mind at ease. Kudos!!!

Unfortunately, I have taken advantage of these TV Warranties several times, even to the point that I received 2 NEW / REPLACEMENT TVs and would have been out a lot of money for the replacements and work if I had NOT PURCHASED these warranties! The up front price may seem high at the time but most likely would be less that the first service call!

I can’t really review this because I just got it but it’s always good to know I at least have some type of protection for the tv.

Still haven’t had a chance to use it for my recent purchase but geek squad is always reliable and useful in a time of troubleshooting your home electronics

When I bought a new 55" TV I got this 5 year protection plan because it was offered at a good price (and included delivery and setup) and because my 2011 TV (same price range TV) went out after only 4 years..and on which I did not have a protection plan. So far I have not had to use my protection plan but better to be safe than sorry.

so easy to set up that my children set up, set up the channel the way was want them.

Bought it opened box to save money as my old one went out works just like new I'm happy with it

The tv quality itself is great. The speaker is decent but i did pair it with a bose sound bar instead. Took a star off because the remote is cheaply made and has to be paired if you change the batteries.

Excelent service. Employees trained for the deferents TVs.

I rated this excellent because of the peace of mind it gives. I haven't used it yet, but I know it is there if I need help with my new laptop.

Geek Squad has always come through for me in the past, it just made sense to go with the protection plan on this purchase as well!

The agent mounted my tv and all the equipment connection

First TV I purchased didn't work. Geek squad checked it real quick to verify the problem. Was quickly replaced by the technician.
