We have purchased the Geek Squad coverage for our desktop, laptop and 50" flat screen. We have used the Geed Squad services on several occasions and have always been very pleased with their service. Would highly recommend.

I think this is a great value for money, Although i haven't use it yet. I am rest assured that if the need comes up i am surely covered.

Whenever I have a problem, the geeks squad is always on top of it. The staff has very good customer service skills, which is a plus in this pandemic area.

Protection is a must when purchasing a TV. They are not cheap. Small price to pay for the protection you receive.

The geek squad protection plan is a great program for “peace of mind” on any of your devices. I purchased the plan with my 75” tv. This a great plan for your investments with Best Buy. Highly recommend!

I own a few Insignia t.v.'s that I purchased here, and I always buy the 5 year warranty. The fact that I know I will be covered IF something were to happen will keep me coming back for future puchases WITH the warranties.

I'm finally writing a review for this tv. I had a thunderstorm about a few months after purchase and the quality of the tv hasn't been the same. I reached out to best buy to come fix my tv and just like most of you said, I had to contact Hisense to come out. because of the Manufacture first year warranty. Three tv specialist have been to my home and nothing has changed. The picture isn't sharp/clear at all anymore. I was told that I have to deal with this tv until after the one-year warranty is over. I couldn't believe I had to wait this long to enjoy my tv. Withing this timeframe I went back to best buy and brought another 85-inch tv which I'm happy with. I agree with one of you said, why did I pay for a 5-year warranty when it really a 4-year warranty? My one year is coming up, and I hope best buy can take care of their loyal customers. But I wouldn't recommend this tv for anyone. The worst tv I ever brought.

A must to keep your electronics taken care of. Highly recommend.

Great protection for my new TV, not much money, and its for 2 yrs.

Since it has been 2 years since I purchased the extended service contract I have as yet not had a need to use it. I do hope it covers any problem I might have with the television.

The agent talk us through the process of working are tvs. He made it super easy. It was on in minutes. I recommend getting this protection.
