the truth is that in the long time I've been buying in electronics stores Best Buy is the best

Perfect Smart TV for my 11 year old, has all the apps already installed. He set it up all by himself. Great color and price.

Obviously we won't know til we have an issue but this is a service policy for whatever items we'd purchased... are covered!

Wouldn't buy any electronics without a warranty. Have used this same type of warranty before thru Best Buy and we were never upset or disappointed with the service or follow up.

Buying this Geek Squad Protection plan offers me a great deal of comfort knowing that I am covered for a 5-year period.

Purchased this to go with our new home office printer and I hope I don't need to use it but good insurance if the unit fails and we need it replaced. Giving it 4 stars because I haven't actually ever had to use one of these protection policies so I don't know if there will be any kind of hassle in actually doing so.

Another insurance purchase. I use to not get these, but it seems that each item I get on for, I don't have problems with it. Okay if that's what it takes for trouble free items.....

I returned a TV that stop working. She we helpful. Quick and nice. I received a store refund which I didn't like at all.

I called to have them check my security on my laptop! They did a good check and gave me peace of mind!!

Always feel that the quality of the products are not always as good as it should be Having the extra warranty gives a sense of security if anything goes wrong

I can’t say anything negative about this Geek Squad protection. It’s the best protection for any of your prize appliances or electronics. You totally understand once you have to use it.

Haven't had to use the extended warranty as of yet. Feel secure however in case the TV breaks
