I have not had to use my protection plan as of yet. I haven’t needed to with any product I’ve bought from Best Buy. I’ve heard great reviews about the replacement plan though.

Haven't had to use it yet but I rest assured the protection is there if I need it. Any questions I had were answered at the time I purchased it.

For my big-item purchase that contains delicate electronics, this seemed like a good idea, "just in case." So far so good, but you never know, and it does give me peace of mind.

For the amount I spent on the tv, this was a must buy add on. 5 years of coverage that really protects the amount spent.

The TV mounting service was atrocious and delivery was abysmal. As long as geeksquad commits to their warranty service if I ever need them in 5 years, I might recommend this service.

This is a service that I have always subscribed to when purchasing a high value item at Best Buy. However I have only used this protection plan on my first TV I purchased at Best Buy. At that time it was of great value to me to have subscribed since I received all the attention and service required until I was satisfied with my product.

Extra coverage is definitely well worth it especially if coverage for something like electronics.

Bought the five year protection plan for a TV we purchased recently. I love the peace of mind that comes with being able to replace or repaid the TV in the event it stops working. Geek Squad has been very helpful and friendly so far.

5 year extension of tv warranty for the larger TVs seems to make sense in my experiences over the past 10 years.

Since the sound went out the geek squad was very helpful in getting the sound back.
