Great idea to protect your investment just incase a accident

The protection plan is a life saver if your product breaks within two years. It saved us about $800-1000

The 32 Pioneer TV works great and has plenty of colors to see blended as one watches TV or a DVD player hooked simply into side of TV with cable.

I've purchased all of my electronics, appliances, and cameras from Best Buy. I do not purchase anythings within getting Geek Squad protection because it's the absolute BEST!!! I actually use the Geek Squad protection on this TV. This TV was my replacement. Filing a claim and delivery was quick and easy! 10/10 I DEFINITELY RECOMMEND!

Great price for 5 years of product protection. I would highly recommend this encase of any issues.

We have had 2 use this feature 1 time on a vacuum and i have to say, the simplicity of replacement is worth the price. Our 1,5 year old Dyson gave up the ghost and we had to tap our 2 year coverage we added. All i had to do is drive down to the store and pick up a brand new Dyson. Done. Can't ask for more.

Well I would say that if you are looking for coverage get it!

I have to say I was quite satisfied with the service. I brought in a TV that I was experiencing audio and video issues with within the time frame that my geek squad plan allowed. The team at the desk was kind enough to explain the whole process and made mention that it can take up to four weeks for repairs/evaluation of the TV but that it can be as fast as two weeks - I got a response with five days! Sure enough they honored the value of my previous TV model and credit me the value to pursue another television since the model I originally purchased did not exist. I was quite impressed and it was as smooth of an experience I ever had at BB.
