I love this program I feel good about my products being insured with Geek Squad

Awesome protection that was available when I purchased the TV.

I bought a 5 year warranty & glad I did. My tv lost its picture & I took it in & they sent if off. The one bad thing is the Greek Squad doesnt have tv repair in the story. They used to have it inside the store. I took it in at 4:00pm & didnt know you had to make an appt. The salesman sd i had to make an appt. So I took the earliest one 7:30pm. So i asked when would it be ready? He said about 3 weeks. I said you could travel to the moon & back in that time. So I took my tv & brought it back at 7:30pm. The made took all of 5 mins filling out the paperwork. So I ask him when will it be back & he said in about 3 to 8 weeks. I said oh my gosh that is to Mars & back! But I got an email in about 5 days that they couldnt repair so I got My Full Purchase price back! So I bought another one like it.

Definitely would suggest that 5 year warranty. Makes me feel safer with my purchase.

The television protection plan for the Geek Squad is nice for the price that we purchased it for. If anything happens to the television we are able to get quick results because we purchased the plan for any issues that may occur. With an item that size I think it a great idea to purchase a protection plan.

The squad mounted the tv and ensured all was working before departing. Excellent service.

Haven't used it yet, but the ease in setting it up into my account was amazing

We got the 5 year warranty on an out of the box TV and so well worth it .. TV had a bad cooling fan when we first turned it on so we took it to Geek Squad and they sent it to Samsung and they replaced the Motherboard .. the TV looks and is amazing

I couldn’t get customer support for a ThinQ App from LG. Good thing that I bought Geek Squad support. They were able to help replace the TV in home. The only negative was it took ONE MONTH for them to get to my home. I’m still waiting. Slooooow.

Purchased this just in case I might need it I usually don’t purchase extended warranties

Please listen to the BestBuy sales person when they talk to of this amazing plan, I had at first immediately shut him down and didn’t let him explain, I was wrong and should of been open and heard him out. When I got home and my order had to be changed because of availability and pricing, I found a great deal for Geek squad included in the add on suggestions so I added into the cart to see what it would do. I was in desperate and FAST need of replacing broken down kitchen appliances in a nee to me home because within a year I had no working fridge or oven Holy moly! I saved so much more on installation and haul away then I did on the geek squad plan itself! And 4 months later when my garbage disposal ALSO died, I used the plan to have that delivered and installed! And I still have 7 months left on my plan! Thank you BestBuy for such a great service

Geek squad is amazing and Best Buy has treated me so well through the whole buying process. Even having to return a couple defective TVs. I wouldn't hesitate to buy this because of the white glove service. Even with other options like SquareTrade available.

I bough it because it includes damages by voltage and where I live the electricity isn’t steady
