I had an issue. The Geek squad came rithe out. Great guy.

I purchased this Protection Plan for my 8K TV. I think it is worth it because BestBuy gives me the opportunity to deal with them directly instead of mailing stuff or 3rd parties. Specially, I have the piece of mind that if my TV needs to be replaced I will receive a new one instead of a refurbished one (It has happened before). In that case I rather buy a new one than getting something that has different defects of the one that I turned in (Specially with phones, it has happened more than once).

I always buy protection when being open box items and computer accessories.

Agents had to come several times to fix a Samsung tv after factory warranty had expired. Samsung kept sending defective parts so my agent was able to expedite an exchange for me. Leonard was an absolute riot that is nonstop comedy. Very Robin Williams-like, but also very professional when he needed to be. Leonard is awesome and a great asset to Best Buy!

Good to have for any device inconvenience that may and can occur.

I have not had a chance to actually use them but I have heard a lot of great things. I hope that I do not need to use them and this was just for protection but from what I have heard, they are well trained individuals.

I bought a tv 8 years ago without a protection plan in it started malfunctioning 1 month after the basic manufacturer warranty expired. Vowed never to get a tv without it after that. Always recommend the warranties now

I purchased Geek Squad for a open box TV I purchased and I give me a since of comfort. I like knowing if i have any problems with a large expense item, its covered by professional technical associates. I've used geek squad services in the past with my laptop and their services helped me in the most necessary time, during college. Thank you Best Buy for having the a very reliable service, Geek Squad is great!

Luckily enough, I haven't needed this yet. A 2 yr contract seemed like a decent deal. This is for any mechanical needs. I did not buy install package. My daughter set it up for me.

Scott has always been great to me. Their service is quick easy to communicate. I’m usually hesitant to buy it but with these types of items it’s worth it and they always pull through.

I often skip protection plans. Decided 4 years ago to purchase one for my TV. Repaired once (appeared to be a manufacturer defect) and the instead of repairing the safe defect a 2nd time, gave us the equivalent of a replacement at no cost. You never know with electronics. Geek Squad were easy to schedule and efficient on the repair and quickly enabling the replacement to be processed.

Again, always great service, advice and kindness .

I always get the extended warranty on the higher price electrical items because the two times I have had to use it they did not give me any hassle at all. One of the items was a vacuum and because it was non fixable and no longer stocked (three years old) they gave me my full purchase price back on a gift card. Also other places make you use the manufacture warranty the first year before the extended warranty kicks in, but the geek squad protection handles all that for you.

I use this mostly for online and telephone support. When I do, the agents are always knowledgeable, helpful, friendly and stay with it until the issue is figured out and fixed. Good value. Not cheap. But compared to the cost and hassle of trying to fix stuff yourself and/or take it to someone to fix it and/or hire someone to come in, this is a very good value.

I haven’t needed to use it this product but I am confident due to past experience that if I do there will be no problem.

I Love Thos Geeks So Much it seriously hurts. I offer a tip they say No. They dont use me like some people. The geeks are my true friends and if I ever get married I will invite the geeks to st up my wedding and stay for hourdeverve hour then grab entrées to go after there done setting up the DJ Table and TV / Ice Display.

Strongly recommend this if you are purchasing an oled tv. I recently had to use mine for burn in on an oled tv. Best Buy took care of it with no issue.
