    My picture went out on my TV and the warranty covered a replacement TV. All done the same day. I received a larger television and cash because TV's cost less now.

    So worth the cost! These guys are true professionals. No way I could have set my TV up without them. Super knowledge about product and what was needed to get the most out of it. Kind, courteous, respectful and extremely patient. Incredible customer service!

    Highly recommend signing up for the Geek Squad. Whenever I have tech issues, I can easily contact them and get help over the phone or make an appointment to see someone in person. They really do help you try to resolve computer issues and answers your questions. I also contact Best buy corporate for geek squad help and everyone was so professional and nice.

    Bought the warranty with our last TV and it died. So glad we did. No questions asked, repair or replace and you get to keep on trucking. Happy to buy the same protection on our new TV!

    Thank goodness for the warranties makes the process of buying easier knowing you're back up by BB. This warranty protected me and got me a new tv cause my unit became defective.

    A Must For Open Box Items

    Honestly the best investment.I buy from Best Buy as opposed to others because of their great service plans and customer service of that plan maintenance. I will try to buy open box on most items, with the warranty it usually pays for the difference while protecting my investment.

    Gsp is a must for all my products from best buy. I dont really recommend totaltech if you don’t need computer help. But if you are a frequent buyer i recommend just purchasing the geeksquad protection plan on your items. If you purchase totaltech youll be paying more for the membership every year than the plan outright for each item.

    Fortunately i haven't had to use it on my latest purchase but i have needed it on other purchases and was completely satisfied with the way it was handled and the results It's a Must have for electronic purchases for me

    Anytime I purchase anything over $500 I always purchase the extra protection plan. This way I know if something happens to my tv in that 5 year duration. Everything is covered as far as replacement parts, labor etc....

    The agent was amazing. He really got everything taken care of, the part that was to be installed was not the problem. He got it worked out. Got a new TV. They brought it to my house because it was over 42". And took the old one. Glad I paid for the warranty. Was worth it for sure

    My previous TV went out no picture or sound. I had a service tech come out to my house and looked over what was going on. He had to order parts for my TV. Once the parts was delivered to my house he came out a second time (both times were free of charge). The TV still would not work. So with the warranty, I got the price that I paid for the TV in a Best Buy Gift Certificate. I then purchased my new TV and still had money left over on my gift certificate. Also the service tech that came to my house was very knowledgeable and helpful. Very pleased

    Always get Geek Squad Protection for new installs

    I always add Geek Squad protection for expensive new products like big flat screen TV installed by Best Buy, but don't let anyone else touch the device or they may not honor the protection plan! (Which is why I put 4 stars instead of 5). Found this out with a TV purchased 2 years ago and installed by a handyman, then when there was a problem Best Buy would not take responsibility for it. So new TV installed by Best Buy and will only let them deal with it from now on! For portable items like laptop computers I also love getting Geek Squad protection as then can bring it right into any Best Buy store for problems.

    Worth it! Comes in handy when you least expect it, got a new TV last time I used it. TV stopped working after I moved to a different home. Geek Sqaud guys stopped by and replaced my TV with a new upgraded Samsung.
