I always buy protection with every device I buy. I wouldn't have it any other way.

Over the years I have purchased many items from Best Buy. I purchased this plan for most of them. Thankfully, I haven't had to use it on too many of the items, but it was and is a good investment. Once I had a computer that needed replacement and there were occasions when I needed tech support for an item and received the help for free. I consider it a small price to pay for insurance that, like most insurance, comes in handy if you need it.

Great product to have for those expensive items! Unfortunately we had to us it numerous times for our 70 in. 4K t.v. and had to swap out for a new set in just 4 months. With a bit of back and forth, was able to get the warranty prorated and transferred to the new set. Otherwise, the warranty is considered fulfilled once a new set comes into play. This part of the policy I do not agree with. Even so, I would still recommend it

It's great to know that I have a service plan in case something goes wrong.

The agents helped with my return of my tv due to a crack in the screen.

Good protection for worry free purchase. We got a Hisense TV and worried about it’s longevity so purchased the extra insurance just in case. However the TV had so many problems out of the box we returned it within the 14 days.

It was an easy transaction. I went to the store with a printed sheet of the TV I want it. The salesperson only had to look on line and ordered it for me.

5 year Geek Squad protection for my Sony Bravia 8 TV is a must.

I'm always questioning my self when I have to purchase protection for my large purchases. I purchased the protection to one of my TV's 3 years ago and my TV started to flicker. I called to get it service, however they could not fix it and my TV was replaced!!! You may not ever use the service but it sure was nice to have it when you need it.

They have the best of quality customer service would definitely recommend for all your electronics and appliances!
