When your new TV costs all of $400 it's a no brainer to pay a bit extra for the extended warranty. Still, I hope I never need to use it!

I chose to get geek squad protection for 2 years for 43.99 literally covers anything will replace brand new instead of the best buy protection because that one was only for 1 year at 199.00 for a membership yeah ok nice try

I like it, I just hate that I can't bring it directly to the store.

I haven't needed a Geek Squad associate to fix my TCL p605, which I bought the extended warranty for. However, I do have the confidence in knowing that if something goes wrong, a Geek Squad member will come by my home to fix my TV, if something does happen to it. And, if it CANNOT be fixed, I'll get a refund or replacement. Plus, I know some people, who have used the warranty and love it.

I recommend geek squad to every person that asks if they should add it on. Technology can have issues, it happens, geek squad provides peace of mind and is always fast, informative, and easy to deal with.

So happy with the Geek Squad! I have had them come to my house a few different times in the past years. Very helpful and courteous!! Highly recommend!!

I really don't have a basis to rate this yet as I haven't needed to use it and honestly hope I don't ever have to but am glad to have the protection if I need it.

Protecting my investment on 4K TVs is a must, and purchasing the Geek Squad's 5-year warranty on each TV is a no-brainer. I did this in the past and it totally paid off when my much older set had issues before the protection plan was over. They replaced my entire set with a brand new one years ago. It pays off in the long run, trust me!

They are awesome ! Took my iPhone in there and they fixed it. I was having trouble with reception in my house. !! They put it on wifi calling.

Television has an awesome picture and the functionality of the Roku platform is seamless. The image is crystal clear and the sound works great.
