Always worth buying the extra protection. Our $1000 TV had some issues and Geek Squad was very responsive, techs were very nice. In the end, we needed a new TV and we were within the protection plan requirements so we had it replaced... with a NEW TV, none of this refurbished nonsense. Highly recommended.

Protection is good for tv and customer service is awesome

I purchased the protection plan because I have used them in the past. My past tv motherboard went out and I was able to get paid for my last tv because the cost to fix the tv was more than the tv was worth. I love their protection plans.

Just before my Best Buy warranty expired I needed service. I am very satisfied in how simple Best Buy made using their extended warranty when I needed it.

I had a LGC2 go out on me they gave me a gift card for the entire purchase price of the TV. It was fairly simple. This is the first time I've had to use it for that.

Purchasing the protection service gives me peace of mind. Hopefully I never have to use it, but if I do, I will update my review with the results.

Love the peace of mind that comes with Geek Squad. We always add it to purchases that we make that we know will be used daily incase something happens.

Fantastic tv with beautiful picture quality. Yes, there are better quality screens on the market but they carry price tags at least 5x what this was. Great upgrade for me, expect it to last me the next several years

This is a must get if you want to get the absolute most from your tech or appliances. And hopefully you dont need to call on them for much but its great to know they got you when needed. Always helps to have pro on call.

I am down for the Geek Squad. I did not hesitate to join the team. I love there name and have been motivated to purchase protection every time I see there brand.

I have been a believer in having this extra protection. I have had to use the warranty to replace a tv in the past. There was no hesitation on the part of Best Buy to honor the warranty even close to the end date. You should definitely purchase this protection. I intend to go with the five-year warranty in the future.

We got this sound bar because our tv sound was not enough. We got the 5.0 to amplify the sound. Was presently surprised when we discovered that this sound bar was full range with amazing bass.

This is a must for almost every large purchase. They called me to ask if they could deliver early, which is the best. Thank you!
