I always buy Geek Squad insurance for my technology. There has never been a moment when I had any difficulties either replacing or fixing my items.

We had a 2 warranty and had to use it two months before it expired got a full refund for original purchase and was able to buy a new tv the same day !!!!!! Great service

I purchased the protection plan because I have used them in the past. My past tv motherboard went out and I was able to get paid for my last tv because the cost to fix the tv was more than the tv was worth. I love their protection plans.

The geek squad is an exceptionally good value. I was impressed by the professionalism and quality of their work. I only use them to service my computers because they always do a better job than in-house personnel. I've had trouble loading software due to a glitch in the software itself.

They are very helpful. Always know exactly what to do and get the problem solved.

I have no problem picking up the Geek Squad Protection when I am investing in something significant - like this new 55-inch Sony 4K Ultra HD Smart TV. In today's world, where technology becomes obsolete so quickly - having five years of protection gives me the peace of mind I will be covered in case anything goes wrong during the "life" of my TV. Because in five years, I'll probably be buying a new one anyway.

I didn't use the geek squad for this item, although I have heard so many good things about them and thier prompt services.I would definitely use them.

Geek squad is a great option to add on your electronics. I use them for years already and always works for me. The good thing is after 3 or 4 years if it breaks they will give you the store card and you just get back on again with new toy.

Geek squad serviced my tv. Weren’t able to fix so they gave me store credit for old tv and I was able to purchase a new tv for no cost. Awesome!

Every item I purchase from Best Buy I always get an extended warranty one thing I say about Best Buy they stand behind their warranties thank you very much keep up be good work.

Very reassuring to have the extended 5 year home protection plan for my 65" LG OLED TV. Anything goes wrong and Geek Squad will come to my home to repair without me having to take such a large item back in to the store. Definitely worth the additional cost for this coverage.

Although it took alot of holding of the phone & waiting in line at the store, all in all, I'd recommend this protection plan. If it weren't for the 2 year plan we purchased, I'd have to fork out at least $500 for a TV comparable to the one we had that just gave out. Instead, we received a $400 gift card to use towards a new one. I paid $150 out of pocket for the difference. Not bad at all. In fact, this time around I paid for the 5 year protection plan. It could use some streamlining as far as customer service is concerned but still worth the trouble I went through.

I purchased a samsung 4k TV back in August of 2016 and out of nowhere it went out in January in 2021. Luckily I had a 5 year product replacement plan on the TV. I was able to have the TV replaced and was given a full refund by best buy.

The agent was so patient & helpful. Answered all my queries. Took so much time with me. I really felt like a valued customer.

We purchased the warranty on our new TV when our old TV started having issues less than 4 years old. The new one started having issues 14 months later, 2 months after the manufacturers warranty expired. The geek squad warranty covered it completely. The only thing is that they don't give you credit for the amount you paid for the TV they give you the amount it's currently worth. But still well worth it.

Nice to know i have a warranty for 2 years. Last tv i had lasted a little over a year from a box store.
