    Delivery was like a white glove service. They were on time exactly what I was told. We had a cart for them to use, but they carried it to my room. It was not their first rodeo.

    Agents set up my new tv. However, it was frustrating getting them to come to my house. Miscommunications happened several times. But, overall, techs were very knowledgeable and helpful with my questions.

    I was so happy with the help I received... I had actually just opened my TV, almost two years after I bought it. It didn't even turn on.... They knew what to do... Thnx Guys

    I always get the protection plan a d the times I had to use it, no questions asked. My item was either repaired or replaced in a reasonable time frame.

    It’s all just a big gamble isn’t it. Unless you have had first hand experience with other LG televisions. My LG television just died a little before its 5th anniversary. Maybe the television was on way more than normal during the 2 years of Covid. Anyway, decided it might be wise to have the Geek Squad on my side for this purchase.

    Getting the geek squad protection is the best thing you can do for all your tech purchases. Now says it seems like everything is either broke or I need help with it and the squad is there for me when I need help.

    Protection Plan Is Better Than I Expected

    This 2 year protection service lived up to its promise. I bought a floor model TV. Ten days later it had technical issues. The Geek Squad surpassed my expectations. I not only received store credit for the TV, they also credit the money that I spent on this protection plan.

    I had such a pleasant man come and bring my tv. He was very knowledgeable about it. He kept me updated when he was going to be arriving and where he was at in his schedule.

    The TV was a lot bigger than I expected!! I love the screen size and how loud it can get and how bright it is. The only reason I give it 4 out of 5 stars is because it’s sometimes slow. Perfect for my BF’s gaming TV!!

    It is great that the Geek Squad is available when you have problems. My TV kept freezing. They came out and determined the problem. Got parts and installed. When this did not fix the problem, they gave me the option of returning my year old TV for a full refund of the TV, tax, and 4/5 of my Geek Squad. I then bought a brand new TV with better features. Great service!

    Would definitely recommend purchasing the extended warranty! My old tv stopped worked properly after 4 1/2 years and because I had the 5 year warranty, I received credir for my original purchase that allowed me to upgrade to a newer, better model plus some left over to purchase a bluray player.

    Purchased the extra protection because no one actually repairs televisions anymore, and it has been my experience that Best Buy geek squad far outshines any other competitors. They address issues and concerns promptly and can correct most problems over the phone or online. Great piece of mind.

    I liked the TV in the beginning loved I had all the apps that my kids could use to watch shows but not the Volume no longer works, and I am hoping it is just a minor issue and the sound will come on.

    So because of my C1 TV just shutting off I decided to get this extra protection plan to protect my C2 TV for an extra year, hopefully I don’t have any problems so far so good
