I never had any problems with customer service In my visits they were very responsive and courteous and helpful

I am the type of person that would rather play it safe and be covered than to take a chance and be surprised later. Since my knowledge is not very good on fixing things buying the protection plan gives me piece of mind that if ever I need help someone knowledgeable will be there for me.

I really appreciate Geek Squad, their culture, and commitment to the customer. I rarely need them but when I do, they make it easy.

I had an e pensive tv go out after 2 years and had no protection insurance. I just purchased a 75” Sony and won’t let that happen again! I have covered this investment for 5 years! I have had Geek squad on my computers for years and have been well pleased. I have faith they will repair or replace my tv if a problem occurs after the original first year warranty

They came in and mounted my TV and did a real professionally asked me where I wanted it made sure the size and indications was all correct

I purchased this protection on my Roku tv in case it should quit working properly like my last tv did when I hadn't even had it 6 months. I had the protection plan on it also so it covered the cost of my new tv.

I’ve learned just buy the extra warranty, the way things are made nowadays but yet are double the price warrants the protection. I’ve been victim too many times.

First time I've purchased the extra protection plan. After speaking with the sales associate I agreed it was a good idea and had value.

little problem with color and picture it was replace it in 2day.Technician came the next day.

The lady that helped me purchase my TV took her time didn't rush or push me answered all my questions and went above and beyond anything I could have asked for.

I love this service. It is a must have for peripherals that live around pets or kids. Best bang for your buck if you have headsets or mice dyeing every 18 months

I bought this to cover the new TV i got at Best Buy. Have used Geek Sq protection plans before on laptops and that always went well. Decided to buy one for the TV because manufacturers today do not make quality products that will last - called planned obsolescence.

They been so helpful threw the time i had the membership you can always ask questions they walk you threw it or a quick chat if you on the run

awesome tv , a huge upgrade of the one have years ago, no we can enjoy watching series and movies, so easy to setup

My TV broke within the 5 years and I’m 10000% glad I got the extra protection. They gave me money for a new TV (due to it was more expensive to fix then a newer one) best part was the price was enough for me to get a bigger TV with the same brand, no off brand cheap stuff, MUST HAVE !!
