    I buy pretty much all of my electronics at Best Buy just to make sure I have geek squad protection. Easy help or replacement of items.

    Anything to do with geek squad is awesome we have had to use service just a few times but when we have they have gone above and beyond! Highly recommend!

    Overall satisfied by return and replacement. However, telephone communication regarding whether warranty would transfer to replacement and help set up when delivered was was very poor. What we were told over the phone and in the writing on the email confirmations was misleading at best. Be very sure you understand 5,year warty does NOT trnsfer to replacement TV even if 4 years were remaining on contract. And unless original set was set up by Geek Squad, they drop the box off and leave. 75” set is hard to hand for two people in 65-75 year old range. Get the correct answers in advance!!! Would still recommend Geek Squad, but watch your back.

    Best Buy's Geek Squad Protection is the best value in the industry. I make sure I purchase their warranty on any product I purchase. The service is quick, reliable and well worth the money. You will be sorry if you don't take advantage of this great offer.

    Get the protection!

    Had a dark spot on my previous tv after a year and half. Geek squad gave me close to what I paid for it. The 800 number wanted to replace the tv with a smaller one or give me close to 200 less than what I had paid for..make sure you go into your store if you are not happy! They will take care of you there! I love my store!

    The geek squad protection plan is a good purchase to cover and problem which could occur. Without it, the cost of repair or replacement could cost more than the protection plan.

    I honestly don't know how good their service is. I have heard good things, though. I bought extended protection in case something goes wrong with my TV, so hooefully it is good. I honestly hope i dont have to use it, lol.

    Can’t get a TV without it.

    Worth it! Changed my TV three times in three years due to normal wear and tear. For each replacement did not have to pay more $100 for my new TV (each a different brand). Never get a TV without this warranty.

    Great Protection for expensive purchases

    I purchased this 2 year warranty to cover my 55" LG LED Smart TV which as an exchange for a 55" Insignia LED TV that was deemed not repairable through my previous Geek Squad Protection Plan. Even though my TV was in limbo for over 3 months to get the exchanged one I felt it was worth it for the money. To replace the TV for a comparable one would have costs me well over $699.
