We bought the extended warranty when we purchased a TV at Best Buy for our son's room. Any time we purchase electronics for our kids, we generally get the protection plan because we know our kids aren't always gentle on electronics. I hope we never have to use the warranty, but it's nice to know we have it in case we need it.

After almost 2 years, my 49' TCL TV, tilted up. Took the TV to the store and after a week they gave me the credit of the total cost of the TV because it was definately gone. I just used the credit for a new 50' TCL TV and took the 5 year guarantee. They are the best.

Had my Sony TV for 23 month and started going out. So glad I had the Geek Squad coverage. TV is being replaced.

I like the service I like the fact that I feel comfortable knowing that all my items are protected and also getting TV mounts in, not having to worry about doing the hard work

Would never purchase a $2000 TV without a 5-year warranty. I've used it multiple times on previous products getting them fixed, never on my dime, and have gotten ALL my investment back on 2 different TV's over the past 20 years. Well worth it.

Agents who installed T.V did awesome and would recommend highly, I will say the program used to give equal trade value need to be more accurate on EQUAL service not DOWN GRADE to save money on a product you used INSURANCE CLAIMS on.

Geek Squad protection plan is great. Any questions about a device purchased at Best Buy they are always ready to answer. If a device needs to be replaced, with this protection is no problem. A piece of mind to have this protection.

The 5year Geek Squad protection plan is so worth the money. My 60” TV just gave out 4 years into the protection plan, had someone out here almost immediately to try and repair it to no avail. He made a call and we had a new one on the way to us 4 days later. They installed, set up and carted away the old one.

Best products to have in case of any damage to your TV

With Todays TVs breaking down so often this service has saved me a few times from losing money. I always purchase with getting new electronics.

Worthwhile service to add onto any electronic purchase. Gives piece of mind knowing that if there is any issue they will be out quickly to fix.

Haven't used the warranty and Hopefully won't need to. Always had good warranty aervice from Best Buy.

Geek Squad Protection is definitely worth it. In the case a dead pixel appears or the entire LED display goes out, they can replace or fix it pretty easily.

We bought this to go with our son's tv. We haven't had to use it, but it was a lot easier to enroll in and alot easier to use if we have to than other protection plans that we have had. Glad to know that it is protected if we have to use it period
