I have been very pleased wth the protection plan I've purchased for every product I've purchased. Two tvs, two wireless speaker, refrigerator have all been replaced or credited to a gift card. The refund to the gift cards is what I didn't like, hence the four stars. I wish they would refund the credit card!

very professionally done in a timely manner its been six months and since the installation of my wall mounted 50 inch tv and no issues yet.

I love my Geek Squad service! If I have a question, they are always so polite and knowledgeable. To know my TV is protected gives me peace of mind. I recommend the Geek Squad plan for any device that needs a little extra protection.

Best products to have in case of any damage to your TV

I had to use the plan on a defective TV. I brought the old TV in and left with a brand new one. The whole thing to half hour, probably because I couldn't decide which tv to get.

Hope I never have to call them..called them and answered my question quickly..

I Buy all my Appliances And electronics from best buy because always have great customer service and if you compare the price for the extended warranty Best Buy has the best price along with no hassle if you ever need to use your extended warranty that is why I been a customer at best buy for twenty years.

My LG 65" TV needed to be serviced. Polite. On time. Booties. In and out in a decent amount of time. They fixed the problem then went ahead and reprogrammed all of my devices accordingly...Thank you. I saved the big one for last...They spoke English...WELL!! and had a sence of humour.

Absolutely spectacular service from the Geek Squad and store manager at my local store. If you're buying a big ticket item getting this plan is a must. They'll even come to your house for assessment and repair.

The geek squad service is a great way to ensure safety any and all purchases. We all know accidents can happen so why not be prepared when they do, well in you're in luck friend geek squads got you covered.
