The agents offered a warranty on a refurbished TV!

The agents helped me setup my television, the gents were very helpful and professional.

I honestly can't write a review on this service yet because I haven't used it. Smh I'm hoping i won't have to. But always get insurance in your items.

Made the mistake of buying a TV and did not put the extended warranty insurance on it sure enough after two years later TV went out and and had to buy new one and this time I got the extended warranty on it just incase

I always purchase the extended warranty on my technology purchases. We have six tvs we have purchased for our church. All of them have the bestbuy extended geek squad protection. I like the security that they covered if anything goes wrong.

Lets hope I never have to use it. I'm glad I have it just incase I know I'm covered.

I was hesitant switching to Roko but ended up pleasantly surprised. We love our TV. Bought another one for the bedroom.

I always get a protection plan for any big ticket items. You never know what can go wrong. They are usually good at repairing or replacing items when things go bad.

I know the price is high for the protection on the purchase... But if something happens to the TV, Best Buy takes care of it... You don’t have to go through the manufacture... Highly recommend for a amount purchase.

I would recommend getting the geek squad warranty if you’re purchasing a computer for your son or daughter basically covers a new one if something happens to it if anything is spelled on it . it’s dropped or ran over by the car Lol

The Customer Service Agent was very helpful and the Price was good

I get geek squad coverage with almost all purchases from best buy. Making a claim is so easy. Either repair or replacement it's way better than having to pay full price for a new item.

New TVs regardless of price or quality don’t last like they use to. Protect your investments.

i always add the extended warranty to large purchases. I had to use it on a large tv years ago and the protection helped a lot

The Agents brought my tv to the car and recommended the 5 yr service plan for the tv at $299, I know it sounds like a lot but it’s worth it as the will replace the tv at full value with a newer version if necessary.

I read the list of coverage and decided to purchase the 5 year plan to cover my 60" television. If it fails, the plan will repair it. Looks like good insurance against an unexpected failure just in case. I always keep my products in good condition and for long periods of time.

Always good to have insurance just in case anything happens
