It’s good and interesting to watch. High quality tv

I purchased a 5 year plan when I bought my tv. However, I had to ship my tv twice before they were able to fix it and I had to pay $92 for the repair. What’s the point of purchasing a plan when you still have to pay for repairs?

I have not use the insurance and hopefully I want have to use it

Had previously bought the extended plan for my 82" samsung. Luckily i did cause tv went out within 3 years. Tv was replaced with no hassles. Bought another extended warranty for this new tv.

I bought this TV yesterday. Unable to mount the stands to the TV either the screws were to long are the mounting holes are to short.

TV failed in 11th month. Good backup decision. Buy

Any time you buy an electronic device, it’s better to get an extended warranty. No worries on extra costs for repairs.

I have used the warranty and the replacement was quick and easy.

I have purchased this protection on several of my Best Buy products over the years and they have replaced one of my TVs and assisted me in troubleshooting and/or repair of other electronic items. Love it!!

Geek squad agent was informative and explained everything so I could understand recommend a warranty for everything well worth the money

Knowledgeable people who work to get whatever problem solved within your contract. They are there when you need them.

This tv works great and has a clear picture, I bought it for my brother and he is very happy with it.

With all that can go wrong with these new TV's, why would you not buy a 5 year protection offered at such a reasonable price?! Best Buy's Geek Squad has always come through for us, in person and on the phone.

I haven't had to use it at all, but it's nice to know it's there in case something terrible has it.

I just recently had to go in for service on my kids Nintendo switch , I book and appt on line it’s was super easy it save me time , and they returned faster then they said they would.

Absolutely love this service, well woth the money paid. They were efficient and prompt in replacing my 43"tv

Nopefully never needed. idk why companies want reviews ONLY weeks after a purchase, at least send another review link 1-2 year after.

I like the security knowing the items i buy from best buy is protected. Geek Squad is so helpful with setting up my devices & to help me when i have a problem & i come into the store.

Haven’t had the opportunity to use it yet but I’m sure they are reliable
