If you ever have a problem with your product you can guarantee the first thing that is asked by the employee is did you purchase the gsp? And if yes then there’s no issue getting you taken care of.

I have used the Geek Squad twice now and have had a great experience both times. The first was for a tv the other was home computer. They are very professional and patient. They answered all my question.

It is good for time being.There is a little shaky hut only if you see it carefully.

Went in for a phone repair . Checked in hassle free and returned within 2 hours to pick it back up. Staff is very friendly and knows what they are doing . I would recommend geek squad service to anyone.

Have not had to use this service yet but the assurance of being able to bring in my TV for any issues makes it worth it. OLED Tvs in particular can have burn-in issues that make this service essential.

Its worth it to get but i have not needed to take anything in since we take care of our stuff!

I got this warranty because I dropped my previous tv, my second one in 1 year, and had I had a warranty the first two times, I wouldn’t be in this boat. I know that the next time something may happen to my tv, it’s covered and will be in great hands. :)

Haven't had to use this service yet because my sony tv boke within the first year.

The price was very reasonable. Once i fir it home, it was easy to set up. The picture quality is nice for shows, movies and gaming. Live it.

Seamless replacement. I had a warrantee issue. They suggested an alternate brand.

Always get this insurance just in case. I have purchased it for my tv and come in handy, better to have it and not need it rather than need it and not have, plus you would pay alot more to fix things.

Surround quality and bass are amazing. Mightve gotten too much volume for our house
