5 years protection is a great thing to have if anything happens within 5 years i can have the tv fixed and that's great service

Just the right size Tv for a small apartment . NO problems love it and the price was great. Bought the 5year warrenry for 30 BUCKS CAN NT GO WRONG

I've never used the Geek Squad I'm guessing they know what they're doing and they're probably pretty cool

Can’t go wrong with the extra protection. It is needed because you never know when something will go wrong with your product.

If you have the means to pay for geek squad do it !! They are always nice and if u have questions they always answer them.

I have not had to use the Geek Squad for this product but you need to have the ability if you need them.

I'm glad I got my 5 year warranty it worked Wonders when, my 55 inch TV went out. I was given and delivered a brand new one. So I renewed my insurance one more time.

Geek Squad did a great job setting up my MacBook Air and making sure everything was running smoothly. The technician was knowledgeable and polite, and I felt confident my device was in good hands. The only downside was the wait time for my appointment, but once they arrived, the service was excellent. Overall, a reliable option if you want professional tech support

I love my TV and I Iove everything about it and I love that I have geek squad it's a life saver best investment.

I hope I never need it, but I did buy one. It was not very expensive when I purchased the TV.

Thankfully hadn't had to use it as of yet but I have a toddler so it's only a matter of time and they're super helpful with questions

I purchased a TV in 2016, I also purchased the warranty for it and the representative helping me out told me that it covered accidental damage/handling and that is why I purchased it. I've always been loyal to best buy because of their warranty, I've gotten so many friends to purchase their electronics there because of it. But when I called regarding my TV and the fact that my son tipped it over and it broke the girl (Tania from the phone hub) told me I can call to make an appointment and geek squad would come out, assess the damage and they would give me a call when they would issue my credit/return. I called the 1800number and Joe from recon in Maine literally laughed when I told him and he said "uh no, you're only covered against lightning strikes essentially and manufacturers defects. I promptly told him that I live in Las Vegas and there's a bigger reason to sell warranty that covers heat since lighting (and rain) only happen a few days out of the year. But the entire time he was condescending and giggling. I am VERY dissatisfied and the fact that I got three different answers angers me because I spend a couple hundred on the warranty and it covers nothing essentially. I've purchased EVERY single electronic from Best Buy for the past 15 years and I will no longer shop there. Not only that but I'll voice my opinion on the fact that warranty on the TVs is essentially useless, specially if you live in an arid climate since your representative "Joe" claims it only covers against lightning. Customer service is also a joke, if you call 5 different times and speak to 5 different people then you get 5 different answers. Anger can only begin to express how I feel for wasting my time, money and being fed false hope in the wake of what happened to my TV.

Yes, by all means I highly recommend that Geek Squad, be contracted as your service provider in your investment in purchasing your TV…

Honest service. They won't jerk you around trying to get paid for doing unnecessary repairs. The techs are knowledgeable. Although the products are good, they often fail after the manufacturer's warranty, which is a common practice (planned obsolescence). Geek Squad is there to honor and help.

This why i get my electronics from Best Buy because of Geek Squad. I don't have to send it off anywhere. And i absolutely love that.

Best Buy really stands behind there customers I have purchase every tv from them. I purchase 50" 2021 model Hisense couple years ago with a 5 year protection plan. Some time ago my tv failed. I call Hisense file claim after 2 weeks i never got a call back from them i was outrage by there lousy customer service! So i reach out to Best Buy explain the situration within 2 weeks Best Buy replace my 50" tv with 55" Hisense at no cost to me. Just week ago again the new replacement Hisense tv again failed. I called up Best Buy and spoke to Chris manager at corporate his first question was, have you pick out a new replacement? Yes i choose 2023 model Roku Plus Series and it was $100 more then my original tv cost he said no problem no cost to you and we will come out next week remove the failed one and install with the new tv you choose. This exactly why i buy all my tvs from Best Buy. There customer service is outstanding and they really do take care of there customers and back up there products especialy now theses days where most customer services is at new low. Thxs Best Buy for taking care of me. Your the best!

Great tv. Only wish it had the blackout screen to only listen to sound while i am sleeping.
