Love geek squad protection peace of mind on my beautiful tv

Their warranty coverage for tv's is the best on the market. It does cost alot more than average. But you get alot more coverage than you would with other companies. If you are worried about burn in on OLED panels or anything like that you should get the extended warranty.

Worth the extra coverage of any devices you purchase.

Haven't had to use it yet and hopefully never will. Coverage is great for the price and don't have to worry about my purchase for 5 years.

I purchase geek squad for all of my high end Best Buy purchases. Fortunately, I've never had to use them as my products continue to work perfectly. I sleep well at night just knowing I'm protected.

Geek Squad protection is not needed for all purchases, but when needed on big ticket items or highly used items such as tvs and smart phones, it is the only way to go. We have needed it and used it several times and the Geek Squad has always through.

I like the fact that if anything happens someone will come out and if they can't fix the problem, you'll get a new tv. This is helpful to have.

Amazing they came out to my house very professional and when they couldn't fix it I took the tv back to the store and got a full refund on a gift card to purchase my new tv so easy!!

Best appliance warranty you'll ever buy! If they can't fix it they'll replace it in no time. Even if they don't carry the item years later they will give you a comparable item of the same value you paid.

When it comes to TV's and laptops, I always get a two year warranty because you just never know with technology when they will go bad. I had a TV two years ago that the remote went bad after three months of ownership. This plan gave me a replacement remote. Thankfully I have not had a TV or laptop go bad on me. But this gives me peace of mind.

Product protection in the age of planned expiration is well worth the cost. Motherboard replaced in dryer recently would have cost the same as dryer replacement.

Haven't had to us it yet, but the coverage looks great and we have a Geek Squad tech account, too. Worth it for an item of this price.

Last tv I purchased backlight went out call them up gave me gift card totaling the value of the broken tv from purchase day was able to get brand new tv and have few buck remaining on card.

I would totally recommend friends and family to setup geek squad support in an event of a tv braking down. They can assist you in finding out what is the problem with your device.

Your agent was a very polite and knowledgeable young man. He had our new TV installed in no time. Any adjustments were made, remotes were set up and gave my husband excellent instructions.

There is no way that I would spend more than a few hundred dollars without protecting my investment and these guys are known to be the best
