Great thing to buy when you buy your electronics and appliances to protect them in case of malfunction

The kind lady asked me the right questions and was able to solve the issue with minimal time and even less aggravation. I always appreciate intelligence and attention when dealings as a customer.

I purchased a televison and of course I had to also purchase the 5 Year Geek Squad Protection Plan. It gives me peace of mind that if I were to have any problems at all with my tv I can count on Geek Squad repairing or replacing my product.

I purchase extended protection from BB on all major electronic purchases. With the declining quality in electronics recently it is definitely worth the cost to me.

I purchased a 65” smart LG TV and I have no problems. A issue did arise at first but all I did was go to the Best Buy store and they immediately resolved my problem.

Its worth it to get but i have not needed to take anything in since we take care of our stuff!

My Grandson tv is well protection with the geek squad service warranty. Great suggestion by geek saleman.. thank so much.

The Squad is just tremendous. Had one TV go out, and they replaced it no questions asked. Great Service

My suggestion is to always always get the protection plan

Everything has gone well with the services requested and for those that didn't work the first time a second technician was sent out to resolve the issue making me happy with the service.

We never get protection plans for any of our devices but we went ahead for one for my husband new tv. Since we do have 3 kids in the home so just to be on the safe side.

Product seems to be a pretty good value. I would appreciate a better way to document my purchase. It is sometimes difficult to retain the email with the details of the warranty. A printed off or electronic certificate would be easier to locate if needed.

Well worth the money. I’ve used them for my computer needs as well as I got free installation of the car stereo I bought because I had the membership. Well worth the money.

This is a great service for any product you purchase that you pay a lot for believe me when that 65 inch TV arrives you want to make sure it looks good mounted on that wall

I have had nothing but great experiences with Best Buy when it comes to the geek squad protection plans. I have purchased them for all my electronics and If a problem has ever arose it was taken care of quickly... just how it should be!

the truth is that in the long time I've been buying in electronics stores Best Buy is the best

i purchased a new TV. I needed to have it delivered and installed. By purchasing this it was more economical then paying for delivery and installation. Installation was great.

I liked, very happy, I have no complaints about my purchase, really very happy
