GeekSquad has never been a disappointment. They are definitely worth the cost. at extra $30-$50 you get an extended year of protection with no questions asked replacement policy. No competition.

Don't use much but read some of the guidelines and I like that you can transfer it to different items if you need to.

I will never be without Geek Squad. The service is outstanding. I called on a Friday night at 8pm and was able to talk with someone and get an appointment set up. Very happy.

It was good while I had it. Unfortunately my laptop only had issues after it expired.

The only protection that will protect you from burn in issues on your OLED TV. A no brainer add-on service if you're an OLED buyer.

I learned my lesson years ago, always get a protection plan for new technology. It has paid for itself several times.
