Haven’t had to use and i hope i never do but glad i have just in case

I have had no issues with Geek Squad in the past. maybe just the wait time to see a tech.

Picture is great, but it drops WiFi connection almost daily. It’s annoying when something I’m watching suddenly freezes and then I have to go through the menu to reconnect the internet. I’ve tried restarting the tv and my router and it still happens.

I had trouble with my last tv--thank goodness I had Geek Squad protections. They came out and fixed it at no cost. I was glad I did it!

You can't beat a 5 year protection program as good as this!

So far so good but again you have to have patients with the geek squad, they will meet your need, but they take too long.

I always put extended warranty on all of my electronical devices.

Geek Squad is the best. So helpful transferring old computer data to new and explaining the new Windows system.

I have used the Geek Squad several times and they have come through for me, so they are nice to have as back-up.

I love this protection, the squad is very knowledgeable, professional, respectful, helpful, and courteous.

I just wanted to protect my investment. They only disappointment was contacting Best Buy back customer service, You have to purchase Best Buy 30 day price guaranteed or become a member I’ve been buying for Best Buy for over 20 years, Best Buy wouldn’t even meet me halfway on the price match over a $50 difference that I would’ve need to purchase Best Buy membership
