good squad team, gave us enough information but they didn’t install my tv. We actually did it.

We try to get protection on everything necessary. You never know when you need it.

Excellent explaining what the insurance covers, and how can they exchange the item if it cant be fixed.

We always purchase the protection plan when possible! We can’t say enough good things about our purchase!

Unfortunately they were unable to repair our iPad Air 2 .. appears it’s another Apple failure for us. Battery died and was unable to replace since it has the glass cover.

Did not use geek squad to come to house but I contacted them to provide help with setup. Very helpful.

Don't purchase any digital devices or electronics with out getting the extended warranty.
