I purchased geek squad protection, had issues with 98" TV I just purchased, they came out, however I could not reproduce the issues I was having, so nothing was fixed at the time. I originally had issues trying to get geek squad to come out, customer service was saying I was not covered, however, they did come to my residence after contacting them a second time.

having bought the extended warranty in case somthing happened was a hard decision at the time due to added cost at the time of purchase 3years later i couldnt have been happier with my decision geek squad was fast to make a repair when that option didnt work out they replaced with a brand new one thanks geek squad.

The Geek Squad five year protection gives me peace of mind even if I never need to use it

I mounted it by myself with help from a few friends as BestBuy doesn't deliver or come out to Eastern Oregon. Had to rent a trailer and fetch tv minus the fuel and time it took to retrieve my purchase.

Haven't had to use Geek Squad yet which could be a good thing!

I always recommend getting warranty on any electronic i buy. The geek squad has you covered if you have any issues and they are so very helpful

These warranties are excellent as they are serviced by geek squad which is part of best buy, not a third party which might not respond
