Have had to use this protection twice and both times was a pleasant experience, I believe it is better to have the protection and not need it than to need it and not have it, honestly I can recommend getting the extended warranty, without hesitation

I used for my Sony Bravia, when I reached to Greek Squad team then helped me with correct directions and get it replaced as tv got water drops and lines on screen..

I have never had to use this purchase plan but it is a just when buying items in case a need arises. What an exceptional way to protect a purchase and feel at ease.

They came and inspected my broken Hisense TV and was able to replace it. For 100, it is pretty worth for 5 years coverage. I wish the warranty would extend and cover the replacement TV but I have to buy a new 5 year plan. Would be 5/5 if the new TV continued the the previous warranty plan.

Everyone I have ever talked to in the store was very knowledgeable and polite. They have installed a car stereo for me before and I currently have there insurance for a tv just in case something happens.

Worth every penny to extend my warranty 2 more years and to get Geek Squad home service to fix and repair my new TV. I have had back surgery recently and am older. I needed a Geek Squad warranty to have the luxury of home service vs me having to load up my TV and taking it to a repair shop.

5 week days to wait first tim then needed parts tell that after 3 days then another 5 days for a tv when the troubles is over for this tv i wont buy nothing from best buy maybe 30 miles away is too much for a store and geek squad leaves a lot to be desired i bougt the same tv thru amazon i should of kept it

5 year protection plan was affordable and gives you a extra layer of assistance if something goes wrong with your purchase.

It’s nice to have a piece of mind that I have warranty over the TV and I did at first didn’t want to get it and then I decided against that and got it anyways and they just easily approved it so I like that that I don’t have to do a bunch of paperwork to do it

Got the TV, brought it home, hooked it up and love it. Works great.
