Haven’t had to use this, but have faith in my local Geeks who seem to care and know about these tech items. Don’t really like how the prices of these plans keep getting jacked up.

I haven’t needed to use it this product but I am confident due to past experience that if I do there will be no problem.

My last TV died in about 4 years, I am relieved to have the protection plan. The Geek squad was very helpful in trying fix the TV.

I bought the 5 year protection because like many, I want to feel at ease with my purchase. This is a must for any OLED purchases because if you do your research you know any fix is not cheap. This service covers most problems, burn ins etc. Plus knowing you don't have to haul your TV into the store and they will come to you (depending on tv size I believe) is a plus. I will enjoy my oled tv purchase, knowing I covered for 5 years

Absolutely a must-have. The Geek Squad service has always done right by us; be it taking our soundbar to their facility to be repaired or replacing our TV when things started not working. Please do yourself a favor and ensure your long-term purchases have backup beyond that warranty you'll never be able to navigate like Geek Squad!

Best service you can get only from Geek Squad with high quality

I would never buy a product from Best Buy without their geek squad protection. I had a light blow out on an older tv & they had me with a new tv the same day in store. You can’t beat that kind of customer service.

They met me outside under special circumstances, I had just been released from the hospital. They loaded it into my car as well.

This comes in handy when your trusty electronics decide to break down.

Equipment or Appliance extended is my warm blanket of security. Anything goes wrong...Best Buy will make it right. Geek Squad always helpful...being an older person it's nice that while I don't know much the individual(s) behind the GEEK desk have always been patient. Warm blanket & Kindness...doesn't get much better than that! :)

Geek Squad projection is well worth the purchase. I used it for a TV I had for 4 1/2 years. I wish it was a little more simple use the protection though. I couldn’t bring TV in store. I had to wait for a service tech to come to my house which to took over a week. After tech came to my house later that day I was able to go to Best Buy and pick out a new TV with the credit they gave me for the old TV.

Nice picture and sound for the price can't be beat. Navigation can be a bit of a pain. Overall good buy!!!

The five year warranty seemed like a good choice when purchasing my first Insignia brand TV. I had previously always purchased a major national brad and wanted a bit of peace of mind. I have not yet needed the warranty after just a few months but that is all going.

Haven't used it on the purchase I just made, but have used them before and the service is great. Will always purchase alongside any big purchase.
