Did not need a full service install, but prompt and curtious service on time and they called ahead. Good service.

Haven't used the warranty yet but have used Geek Squad before. They are professional and take time to explain features of new TV's

I urge everyone to consider an extended warranty thru Geek Squad. I recently had to make a claim on my 60" and since they didn't make my particular model any longer, they replaced it with a 65" yaaaa!

I like to protect my larger purchase so this item was a good cost and length of time to cover the new TV

I've used Geek Squad in the past. It's good to have when the manufacturer's warranty expires.

It's cheaper than most 5-year warranties on the market. I hope I never have to use it so I can't tell you how efficient and good the company will be. But I had a problem with Best buy once before and they fixed it as best as they could. Problem was delivered the wrong TV and they couldn't fix it until the deliverer said it was delivered which took them days.

Had purchased a sumsung tv from another retailer strike 1, tv had a problem so contacted their their warranty department with no resolve Strike 2, was treated very poorly Strike 3 !!! Have learned my lesson now and will only purchase my quality items from Best Buy and their warranty group…

Geek squad installed my television flawlessly and was very professional throughout the entire process.

I have had the geek squad come to my house on several occasions with different items over the years. And they are just great.

It's piece of mind to purchase this protection plan. TVs are much more complicated these days and require a skilled technician to remedy a problem. I've got this backing with this plan.

The greets squad extended service gave me five years, a piece of mind on a major purchase. They were professional about the install, and making sure everything worked properly before they left my home.

Exellent! So glad I did this. Pros fast, came out and diagnosed within a week, replaced my tv great customer service stateside. WELL worth the cost. Cons call center transferred overseas dropped calls twice after long wait times. Couldnt purchase protection plan over the phone for replacement had to go into Best Buys store to repurchase.

I'm hoping that years down the road I will look back and say this was a well decided upon option that I never had to use. I like what all coverage this Geek Squad Protection offers beyond the manufactures warrantee. It wasn't a pressure sell item presented to me, but something I was interested in purchasing before ever making my TV puchase. As mentioned, I hope never to have to take Best Buy up on it, but it's pure peace of mind if I have to.

TV was pricy but has a great picture and works just fine. I wanted to hook up RCA stereo jacks from my stereo and this TV would do it by use of the ear phone jack. Many of the new TV's won't let you connect RCA jacks but Sony does! Streaming TV shows and 1080 or better cable look fantastic! The only thing I was disappointed about was it went on sale the day after I was eligible for price match. Literally went on sale the next day that would have saved me $50.00.
