I chose to set up the TV by myself. These guys delivered the products in good condition, did not play around, asked if we had any questions, answered a few, thanked us and left. Based on what I have seen so far, I don't have any worries about Best Buy follow-up.

For most products I don't buy extended warranties or insurance. The price of the insurance is usually high enough that you might get a new appliance or device cheaply enough to take the risk. But for big screens and computers I get protection to protect me from the hassle of a dead on arrival unit or dead pixels or accidental damage. It is not just the unit price, but the reduction in time required to navigate the replacement that I am insuring.

I got the warranty based on the fact that the item I was replacing was a couple years old. The cost of repair was more than it was worth. So when I replaced it I just got the extended warranty.

Honestly a great looking tv had it for over a year I love lg oled’s they really are the number 1 Tv’s for movies, shows, and gaming.

The extra protection is work it, the unexpected can always happen..

We've had the television for a bit over 1 month and so far are extremely happy with it. The picture is beautiful. It communicates well with our computer so we can use EyeTV to create a mirror image. The only thing that could be a problem is that there are no controls on the TV so you do not want to lose the remote or run out of batteries.

My own mount saved my money from cable company they works on internet and streaming on TV

Best chioce if you have kids in your home..they cover all major issues and breakage

I am so glad I purchased this television. The picture quality is just beautiful. I tell all my friends and family about this television. It is so easy to get to everything you want to watch because it is all at the bottom of your screen instead of having to scroll all over the place. It is the best purchase I have ever made!! Geek squad is the thing to buy if you are buying electronic products from Best Buy. It gives you piece of mind. Less hassle and great customer satisfaction. I never had any problem whatsoever but would love to see quick phone connection when I dial customer support.

The store plan adds good coverage to the warranty.

Important service that I rely on for protecting my purchase.

I love this service. It is a must have for peripherals that live around pets or kids. Best bang for your buck if you have headsets or mice dyeing every 18 months

I've used this on 2 previous Samsung TVs. All went out at the 2 year mark(both replaced by Geek Squad). Purchased a Sony OLED with 5 year protection and already passed the 2 year mark so all is good!
