Wish I had know Best Buy will come To You on TV’s over 40”. Still great service and replacements !

The Geek Squad arrived and set up our TV and paired all of the devices. They pointed out that our electric outlet wasn't a surge protected device, so they offered a 6 outlet 2 USB low profile home theater to protect our entertainment system. Thanks guys!!

Great to have protection on the things you love. It’s easier then spending money for no reason to purchase an item when Best Buy’s No hassle plan of attack works better than PC Richards or even HHGreg from back in the day. They actually cover you.

The best surround sound hands down. You will not regret it, looking into purchasing one for bedroom.

With today’s quality in electronics, you need an extended warranty plan. I’ve had to use it a while back on another product and the Geek Squad rep came to my house to address and repair the issue. It’s cheap insurance worth having.

They are really attentive and the support they give is very clear.

Small tv already had a mount took about 15 minutes to replace old model with new. I highly recommend the geek squad protection its a no nonsense policy they will either repair or replace no ifs & buts.

Purchased this Geek Squad protection plan to hedge my investment into our new Sony flat screen TV. Hopefully, I may never have to use it but if I do, I am confident that Best Buy will fix the problem quickly and without any hassles.

I was unsure about if Geek Squad coverage was worth it but i've been very pleased.

Have used the Geek squad many, many time for different items we have purchased. They are polite and know what they are doing and make sure everyone is working before they leave and also encourage you to call if you have any problems or questions.
