    Geek squad has the best protect 4 years tv went dow best buy came to house realized tv could not be fick in 30 minutes I have an email with a code to take to store or go on line and get my new tv for free

    Honest service. They won't jerk you around trying to get paid for doing unnecessary repairs. The techs are knowledgeable. Although the products are good, they often fail after the manufacturer's warranty, which is a common practice (planned obsolescence). Geek Squad is there to honor and help.

    Purchased this at a very affordable price to protect my new television. Gives me great piece of mind, knowing I have five years additional protection for my purchase!

    I paid for a 2year warranty. When tv went out and i called, i was told they didnt sell the tv in that size(58") any longer so i would have to pay $80 difference for a bigger one,plus $63 for a new warranty or they would refund me for what i payed for tv a year ago. Im confused. What was the need for a warranty if they werent going to honor it? Customer service is nasty and very unprofessional.

    Geek Squad did a great job setting up my MacBook Air and making sure everything was running smoothly. The technician was knowledgeable and polite, and I felt confident my device was in good hands. The only downside was the wait time for my appointment, but once they arrived, the service was excellent. Overall, a reliable option if you want professional tech support

    5 -year extend extended warranty, have not had to use . Reading all the paperwork seems like it’s very straightforward and easily to use.

    This service protection plan was lessexpensive and year longer than the Samsung direct plan. Also more convenient sine Geek Squad is everywhere!

    When I bought my 50 inch Toshiba approximately 5-6 years ago I purchased the Geek Squad extended warranty. I don't normally purchase these warranty because most times it is just as cheap to buy a new replacement. I forgot about purchasing the warranty. At about 4 years I started noticing wide darker bands of color running from side to side along the top, bottom, and through the middle of the TV. I went to my Best Buy account on line to see how old the TV was and then found out I had the extended warranty. Originally Geek Squad was going to replace the entire panel but, the TV was no longer being produced. I was given a code and told to bring the TV to my local Best Buy and everything would be taken care of. Best Buy refunded me the entire purchase price of the TV including the sales tax. With that I was able to purchase a larger TV and yes I did purchase a Geek Squad extended warranty for the new TV. Unlike most places fortunately I didn't need the original purchase receipt. One of the smartest decisions I have made as far as extended warranties goes.

    Decided to go with this just in case….but we’ve had Roku before with no issues. But for the price, I think it’s worth it. Hopefully we won’t need it.

    I am so amazingly grateful that I got the Best Buy protection Service plan cuz after 4 years and 8 months my LG CX TV started showing pixaware and I figured that I would have to replace it. And I forgot that I had the Best Buy protection plan. So I called Best Buy and they said no problem we shall replace it! I was in shock and also extremely grateful for that! Thank you Best Buy.
