I haven't had any need for this yet, but it is nice to know it's there.

We purchased one of these 5 year warranties along with a 75” Hisense tv. Exactly at the 2 year mark, the tv died. It was a bad panel and main board. Once the panel is damaged, they just give you a credit towards a replacement as panels are not repairable. 2 phone calls later and a new tv was ordered for exchange. 2 days later I had the replacement in home. Easy Peasy… Note: They gave me a current day replacement credit towards a direct replacement of what I originally purchased. That total was higher than the original purchase price with tax and warranty. I can’t say that this will apply to all but, it worked out well for me. I then decided to upgrade and the full exchange value was applied to the new tv. This ended up being a great deal. My new lg qned tv is now hanging up and I took another warranty to protect my investment as well. The cost seems high but, it is well worth it when you are planning on buying a large tv as it comes with in home service.

If you have kids I would suggest you make this purchase

Your crazy if you spend money for a nice tv or other items and do not protect it! The Geek squad is the way to go!

I like getting the Geek Squad Protection because technology today can be intimidating. Having Geek Squad ready to help me solve any problems that come up when I have questions or issues. They are responsive and know right away how to fix the issue.

I have not needed to use Geek Squad but it is nice to have peace of mind knowing if anything happens they have your back.

I had my tv go out and was upgraded to a larger tv. Very happy with how easy it was to complete the switch. Very helpful when I called.

Price very competative. Hisense has been good so far but GeekSQUAD was happy to answer questions. Mainly bought because we had to return a SONY and a VIZIO for failures!

Signing up was fast, and customer service was helpful. The price was fair, and there are no hidden fees if I ever need to file a claim. Definitely worth it to protect a big investment.

Many people tell me these warranties aren't worth it. My Hisense TV started to fail 4 years into ownership. Called BB protection and since they no longer sell that model had me pick out a new one at the same price (Found one that was pricier but on sale) and they delivered the new TV and took the old away the next day. Great service.

A must to have with the technology today. I purchased it to be on the safe side.

I love everything about it. The price was right and the quality is excellent. Will recommend.
