Super happy I purchased this protection. The Geek squad is always on point. Hopefully I won't have to use it, but gives me peace of mind.

I haven't had to use the Protection yet but for $40 for 5 years I wont be upset if i dont have it. Better to have it then to need it and not have it. Only 4 stars since i haven't had to use it so i dont know if its easy and simple or a pain to resolve problems with the product.
